Wear A mask inside the hotel.
Wash/sanitize your hands when you arrive and regularly during your stay.
Maintain a distance of at least one meter from other people.

To protect all our customers and staff, some services have been modified.
All the rules set out below must BE COMPLETELY COMPLETED by customers.
In this way we want to assure all our customers, even the most fragile ones, that we have done our utmost for their safety and therefore they can RELAX during their stay.
For “rebellious” customers 😊 not very attentive to compliance with the rules, we believe that this is not the time to travel for you or at least not to come to us.
We prefer to give up profit for everyone's health, without a doubt, as always in our ethics.
Careful compliance with the rules will allow everyone to enjoy their holiday in a relaxed and safe way so as to allow everyone to continue traveling and working.

• THE HOTEL IS ACCESSED EXCLUSIVELY BY WEARING THE MASK
• THE MASK MUST BE WEARING CORRECTLY - covering the NOSE and MOUTH
(remember that unfiltered fabric-only masks are practically useless and not CE compliant)
• ALSO RECOMMENDED FOR SMALL CHILDREN UNDER 6 YEARS
(our children wear it without any problem)
• THE MASK MUST ALWAYS BE WEARED ALSO IN THE PARKING OR GARDEN, IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM, EVERYWHERE. - It is forbidden to leave the room without wearing a mask.
• WITH INFLUENTAL SYMPTOMS EVEN WITHOUT FEVER, cough and cold,
do not leave the room and notify the staff.
Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19) WE ARE taking steps to protect the health of guests and staff. Therefore, some services may be modified, reduced, unavailable, as well as SOME amenities.
The common areas are washed and sanitized frequently throughout the day.
All unnecessary paper product have been removed.
Signs are posted to remind our guests of safe behaviors.
Guests will get a written documentation of daily cleaning.
Fast Check-In and Check-Out will take place, using contact-less and Apple-Pay modes ok payment
The elevator will be cleaned and sanitized frequently, based on the traffic level among our guests. Elevator buttons will be sanitized regularly during the day and the night.
Disinfectant gel dispenser will be available at the elevator entrance.
Use of the “open” stairway is always an alternative.
Access to the lift for several people is possible only if they are part of the same family.
Air conditioning systems for rooms will be sanitized at each check-out.
Remote controls, telephones and switches will be sanitized daily.
Sanitization of all contact surfaces in the rooms will be done with state approved disinfectants.
Bed linen and towels will be washed, with specific high-grade detergents and at high temperatures.
We will use either an ozone sanitization system during your stay or dry saturated steam sanitization system with added sanitizer.
Three different locations for your breakfast: your bedroom, the breakfast room or our patio.
All breakfast areas and furnishings are sanitized regularly.
Common-area machines for hot and cold drinks will be sanitized several times daily.
Dishes and cutlery will be washed and disinfected in the dishwasher at temperatures of at least 60 ° C.
Tablecloths will be washed with effective detergents at high temperatures
Only disposable items such as paper napkins, eco-sustainable products will be used.
The car parking service is free. Whenever possible, a reserved seat will be assigned.
If there are not enough reserved seats, the car key may be requested by the staff.
If the staff accesses the cars only with disposable masks and gloves and customers will be asked to turn off any air conditioning and ventilation tools inside the car upon arrival.
Information on measures to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19
In order to protect people’s health within accommodation facilities, and guarantee the safety of the environment, we inform you that we have taken some precautionary measures, as required by current regulations.
In implementation of these measures, we inform you that entry is not allowed:
if you tested positive for Covid-19 or are in the period of an enforced quarantine;
if you have been in contact with a case of Covid-19 in the last 14 days, or if you are coming from WHO designated risk areas;
if you have a temperature (above 37.5°C) or other flu symptoms.
If these symptoms start after entering the facility, you must promptly inform the company manager, taking care to stay at an appropriate distance from other people, and notify your doctor and the health authority.
By entering the facility, you undertake to comply with all the provisions of the Authorities and the rules of the company, and in particular to keep social distancing, wear a face mask when necessary and observe correct hygiene behaviour.

October 2020 - HAPPY HOUR - suspended - more information here
October 2020 - BREAKFAST ROOM - closed. Customers can go to the breakfast room, order to the staff from the exposed but screened buffet and collect their full tray. Breakfast can only be consumed in the room.
October 2020 - PARKING AREA
As almost all of our customers arrive by car, it is not possible to reserve a personal seat. However, the
placed inside but you will be asked to leave the key at the reception.
The personnel who will eventually have to access the car will use all preventive measures, such as a mask, gloves and
nylon on seat.
All customers who park are required to turn off the ventilation (hot or cold) inside the car upon arrival.
